Dr. Ashley Greenway is originally from Nebraska, and her interest in animals began at a young age. Her first cat Smokie inspired her to become a veterinarian, though she has always loved all kinds of animals. She studied Biology at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Veterinary Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Greenway graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
After graduation, Dr. Greenway moved to Arizona to enjoy the weather and outdoor activities. She practiced in Chandler for several years before finding her way to Sun Lakes Animal Clinic in 2014. She then purchased the practice in 2017.
Dr. Greenway’s areas of special interest include dentistry, surgery, anesthesia, and pain management. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association.
Dr. Greenway lives with her husband Jeff, their sons Madden, Briggs and Wiley, and a household of pets! Their family includes an American Staffordshire terrier named Raleigh, a Labrador retriever named Luna, and cats Remy and Meowi. In their free time, they like to hike with their dogs, travel, swim, enjoy spring training baseball, and watch football (go Huskers and Cardinals!).
